Payment Terms
- Payment may be made through:
- PayNow - QR code will be provided within the invoice
- Bank transfer
- Wise transfer
- For USD fees: VISA/Mastercard/Apple Pay through our payment processor
- All payment transaction details will be provided in the invoice
- Subsequent term fees will be paid by the due date stipulated in the invoices
- If any fee is not fully paid by the due date, Brij Education reserves the right to terminate the student’s Enrollment
- Fees are non-transferable and cannot be credited to another student
- Brij Education reserves the right to revise its fees from time to time
Package Terms
- All packages sold are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Packages are to be used on a “Term” basis, eg: parent must choose a Term they wish to join. Each time a term is confirmed, the relevant Term’s fees will automatically be deducted from the package. We do not allow for a switch of Term once it has been confirmed except in special circumstances. This will be considered on a case by case basis
- If a member were to miss any classes within the Term, please refer to our Makeup Session Policy.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Talking Party full term fee is non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Written notice needs to be provided to [email protected] no later than 7 calendar days (1 week) before program start date.
- For any given refund processed, all transaction fees will be borne by the purchaser.
Refund for withdrawal due to non-delivery of Programme:
- Brij Education will notify the Member within three (3) working days upon knowledge of any of the following:
- It does not commence the Programme on the Programme Commencement Date;
- It terminates the Programme before the Programme Commencement Date;
- It does not complete the Programme by the Programme Completion Date;
- It terminates the Programme before the Programme Completion Date;
Makeup Session Policy
- Members are allowed 2 Makeup Sessions per term. This is valid upon the following conditions:
- No 1-to-1 makeup sessions will be permitted
- The member notifies us in writing (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) minimally 3 days in advance that they will need to reschedule to qualify for a makeup session
- If the member fails to show up on that day without advanced notice, it will be counted as a “No Show”. A No Show is non-refundable and does not qualify for a makeup session.
- The member will be informed of other sessions that are available. Available sessions are:
- Existing sessions that are running and regularly has less than 6 members in the session
- Maximum number of members allowed per session is 6
- Topics taught in the Makeup Session will not be adjusted to accommodate the member taking the Makeup Session. This is to be fair to the regulars of that session
- Makeup will be on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Please let us know in advance to secure your slot
- Makeups for short notice due to medical / bereavement reasons are permitted but will be considered on a case by case basis.
